Tender Description
The University of Southern Queensland is seeking tenders from suitably qualified construction contractors to undertake refurbishment work of its Toowoomba Campus R Block.
The Scope of Work relating to this project includes the refurbishment of public spaces in level 1 and level 2 of the building as part of the University's wider Campus Heart Project, which seeks to create an attractive built environment for students.
Site Inspection
Due to current social distancing restrictions, site inspections will be conducted with each prospective tenderer separately.
- One site inspection allowed per tenderer
- One representative per tenderer allowed on-site
- Representatives are allowed to take photos/video, or video-conference with colleagues as required.
- Representatives must act in accordance with social distancing guidelines at all times
- Tenderers will be allowed 30 minutes to conduct their inspection.
- All questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted through QTenders. Under no circumstances will questions be asked of the University's Project Manager during the site inspection.
- Inspections are scheduled for Wednesday 15 April 2020, between 9:00am and 3:00pm (final appointment starts 2:30pm). Inspections must be booked in advance and slots are allocated on a first come first serve basis. To book a time, submit a question through the QTenders portal.
- Please ensure that you are at the meeting area at your allotted time. Late arrival will not result in additional time being allocated.
- Meeting area is outside Building Z3 (Security Office)
