This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
ASIC seeks to procure contractor services for a Delivery & Support Manager - CRM Platform for a period of 6 months / 132 business days
You will need to BYO device in the early stages of the engagement. Access will be granted to the agency’s systems based on security clearance and need to know requirements. ASIC can on-board remotely and IT support staff will be available if needed. Interviews will be via video conferencing.
The Delivery & Support Manager is required to:
› provide leadership, including guidance and coaching to a team of functional and technical specialists to deliver projects, application support and BAU releases
› consult and coordinate with immediate team, peers, line managers, solution architects, project managers and business stakeholders to deliver the required outcomes
› work with business stakeholders, project managers and enterprise architects to plan delivery roadmap and resourcing
› proactively solve business issues and manage expectations
› manage risks impacting your area of responsibility and address audit findings within required timeframe
› embed Lean and Agile practices within the team. Address any issues relating to DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
› ensure development, coding, privacy and security standards are adhered to
› ensure systems and data are available to the business, within SLA criteria
› ensure systems and environments are properly maintained i.e. optimised and patched
› manage your cost centre finances, ensuring forecasts are accurate and delivering to budget
› manage team member development and engagement to support cross skilling, team member performance and retention of key skills
› Liaising with external vendors and suppliers as required
