Mental Health Practitioners Initiative Evaluation

⁠⁠⁠The Department is seeking to engage a supplier to develop and implement an evaluation of this MHP initiative from May 2020 to December 2022 (approximately three years).

The evaluation will be both formative (process) and summative (impact), reviewing whether the MHP initiative is achieving intended outcomes for key stakeholders and being implemented effectively.

Due to the current pandemic (Covid-19) situation the department requires that the first year of the services may be provided entirely online and invitees should clearly outline in their proposal how they will achieve this outcome. In the event that we are able to transition to attended meetings, you are to provide an explanation on how this will be undertaken in your proposal. This should occur in the second year with indication of how you would address any partial return in the first year. You will need to ensure that your costing allows for these considerations.

A mandatory online briefing with suppliers wishing to provide proposals will occur to inform of progress with the MHP inititative and previous work undertaken. If you do not attend your submission will not be accepted. The online briefing will be via Webex session only. Questions are welcome at the briefing session. A formal response to questions raised at the briefing will be issued to all via the Buying for Victoria portal after the briefing session.
