Tender Description
Western District Health Service (WDHS) is a leading Victorian regional hospital, providing surgical, medical, obstetric, rehabilitation, emergency, psychiatric, allied health and community health services to the south-west region of Victoria.
Western District Health Service invites you to submit a response for the National Centre for Farmer Health Website Redevelopment Project Request for Tender (RFT).
The National Centre for Farmer Health (NCFH) was founded in 2008 by the Victorian government’s Future Farming Strategy and the Helen and Geoff Handbury Trust and is a partnership between regional health service Western District Health Service and Deakin University. Its vision was to be ‘a thriving centre inspiring quality education, research and service delivery through innovative partnerships that advance Agri-health and medicine both locally and globally”.
Based in regional Victoria, the NCFH is unique in delivering specialised multidisciplinary, integrated agricultural health services, research, training and education direct to farmers and rural professionals (health, agriculture, policy) professionals. The NCFH has put Victoria and Australia on the global map as a centre for excellence in agricultural health research and services.
The National Centre for Farmer Health is the only Australian organisation delivering multidisciplinary, integrated, agricultural focused health and medical services and research, as well as education direct to “hard to reach” farmers and agricultural workers across Australia’s diverse landscape.
In issuing this Request for Tender, the National Centre for Farmer Health (NCFH) seeks to identify a supplier for the redevelopment of the organisation’s website (www.farmerhealth.org.au), who is able to:
- Deliver on the project scope required by National Centre for Farmer Health in the manner set out in the RFT; and
- Demonstrate a commitment and ability to working in collaboration with the National Centre for Farmer Health.
This document includes the high-level requirements and suppliers are encouraged to present ways in which they could meet these requirements with additional/alternative creative solutions.
