This contract is a Schedule of Rates Panel Contract for the Supply of Plant and Equipment to Yarriambiack Shire Council as directed as needed at various locations.
The Council requires tenderers to provide a rate for each item they have available for hire based on minimum hire duration as outlined in Tender Schedule 3.
The tenderer can submit additional equipment considered relevant to Council's operations but does not guarantee these will be used.
