The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified consultants for an independent assessment of the City of Kingston's governance policies, procedures, systems, guidelines and frameworks against the "Good Governance Outline" that is based on similar frameworks developed by the State Government in Victoria to analyse and understand whether the current status of all aspects of governance are achieving best practice for a local government.
