Tender Description

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the Replacement of Existing Asbestos with Roofing Sheet at Function Centre Ivanhoe, 3079

3 SCOPE OF WORK

  • Apply for building permit and take necessary approval
  • Replace the existing asbestos with Metal roofing including all downpipes, gutters, flashings, capping, trims, accessories,
  • Cleaning of the site thoroughly and submit all report on completion.
  • Keep all existing buildings weatherproof and watertight at all times during construction
  • Replace existing gutter and sumps as per NCC codes / building permit requirement
  • Removal and safe disposal of Asbestos as per EPA guidelines
  • New battens & tie downs Roof pitch
  • Roof insulation and vapor barriers, and wire mesh, roof penetrations and sealing thereof. fastening clips, apron flashings, copings, sumps, overflow pipes, downpipes,
  • Final Inspection certificate from Building Surveyor
