Tender Description
Council require a design team to address the following project requirements:
The completed works will deliver a high quality facility inclusive of building, civil, and outdoor works. Preference shall be given to contractors who are able to provide evidence of past projects delivering high quality building, civil, and outdoor works within a similar active public realm.
The listed project will require the following deliverables:
- Design Phases
- Concept Design,
- Schematic design,
- Design Development
- Quantity Surveying (4x) – Concept, Schematic, Design Development; Pre-Tender
- Tender documentation
- All approvals
- Contract Administration / Superintendency.
PROPOSED CONTRACT
The scope of work under the Proposed Contract includes:
- Construction of undercover shed and loading tunnel for waste drop off (includes demo)
- Construction of new front end resource recovery centre and resale shop (includes demoof existing recovery shed)
- Includes all civil works and minor landscape to suit reconfiguration
- Traffic management including IT solution required
- Potential to extend capacity of sweeper bay.
