Ports North (PN) is responsible for the development and management of port facilities vital to the development of Cairns and regional centres in Far North Queensland. The Corporation has extensive property, marina, tourism and cargo facilities in Cairns and its regional ports.
PN owns and maintains various High Voltage and Low Voltage assets located port land, Tingira Street, Portsmith. As part of the ongoing asset management PN is replacing two LV switchboards. The two switchboards are located at separate premises however the works have been combined to achieve efficiencies with delivery the works.
The works being tendered include the fabrication and installation of two new LV switchboards. The switchboards are located in operational facilities and safety, methodology and programming will be critical to the successful delivery of the project.
Ports North invites tenders from suitably qualified and available Contractors, with appropriate experience in the fabrication and installation of switchboards for the delivery of this project.
