The Department has a requirement for a suitably qualified and experienced vendor to assist the Department with the framing and development of a high level integration strategy for the ICT Integration program. Following the 2019/20 Machinery of Government Change, the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (DAWE) currently operate on multiple systems, platforms and against two published strategies. In order to land and deliver on business priorities, the Department has an immediate need to design a revised operating model that will align systems, process and platforms from the two ICT landscapes.
The successful vendor will require exceptional experience and expertise in the development of similar strategies to the Australian Public Service, and the capability to inform and conceptualise a fit-for-purpose, consumable framework, strategy and roadmap. The vendor will work in collaboration with the department to set the vision and scope, as well as determine the measures for success post implementation.
Given the necessity for the Department to effectively and efficiently manage and run its current project workload, an external service provider will be engaged to provide the necessary services
