This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Buyer requires a Senior Project Manager to project manage a range of the Buyer’s ICT projects, including but not limited to:
- Data delivery projects (E-Fish and Agency Data Capture).
- EDRMS implementation
- O365 Modernisation; and
- Other ICT minor projects, where required.
Responsibilities and expected deliverables include:
1. Development of business cases, project plans and supporting documentation for the above projects.
2. Provide robust management of budgets, ensuring transparency through the project lifecycles.
3. Management of the projects through to completion, on time and budget.
4. Facilitate change management activities with respect to the ICT changes that will occur throughout this engagement.
5. Engagement with the relevant AFMA staff relative to the ICT projects
6. Present to the Buyer’s senior management, including any relevant approval committees to either seek approval, provide project updates, or show case project outcomes.
