Tender Description
Tenders are invited to prepare a Strategic Business Case, Economic Analysis and, if required, two final business cases for priority projects on the Great Western Highway Upgrade Program.
TfNSW requires the PSC to :
- Prepare a strategic business case for the Program in accordance with, but not limited to, the latest TfNSW template.
- Complete an economic appraisal for the Program in accordance with the Draft TfNSW Business Case Guide 12 Feb 2020.
- Prepare a Stage 2 assessment for the Program to meet the requirements of Infrastructure Australia.
- Support TfNSW through the assurance and assessment processes for the Strategic Business Case as required by INSW and Infrastructure Australia.
- If ordered, prepare two Final Business Cases for priority projects on the Great Western Highway Upgrade Program that are identified during strategic business case development.
