Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This tender is for Contract No. C18/2020 – Supply of Base and Subbase (Recycled Materials) for Road Pavements for Blacktown City Council with the method of payment being Schedule of Rates subject to Rise and Fall in costs after a specified period has elapsed (refer to Special Conditions Clause SC2). The Goods to be supplied under this contract include:

• DGB20 (recycled materials)

• DGS40 (recycled materials)

• DGB20 (recycled materials) modified with 3% hydrated lime binder by weight

• DGB20 (recycled materials) modified with 3% blended ground granulated iron blast furnace slag/hydrated lime binder (Stabilment) by weight

All Goods will be delivered within Blacktown City Council Local Government Area (LGA).

There are four categories for supply being:

• PART A – Supply and deliver by rigid truck

• PART B – Supply and deliver by rigid truck/dog trailer combination

• PART C – Supply and deliver by prime mover/semi-trailer combination

• PART D – Supply only (Ex bin)

Council may award each Pay item to one or several tenderers.
