Awaba Waste Transfer Station Cantilevered Roof Construction

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE TENDER: Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor to carry out the fabrication, construction and installation of a cantilevered roof at the Awaba Waste Management Facility. The cantilevered roof is included as part of the Awaba Waste Management Facility Upgrade works and is intended to provide cover over the current waste transfer station at the facility.

A hard copy of the documents may be obtained at Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point at a cost of $241.35.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held.

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to Paul Stephenson, the Project Officer via the online forum. Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box, by facsimile transmission to (02) 4958 7257, or in a sealed envelope. The envelope is to be endorsed with the Tender number, title, and closing date and can be mailed or placed in the Tender Box located in Councils Administration Building, Ground Floor, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point by the nominated time and date.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderers Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
