Inner Melbourne Site – Contamination and Remediation Advice and Works

⁠⁠⁠Development Victoria (DV) requires the services of suitably qualified consultants to deliver environmental consultancy, auditing services and works contractor(s) for a large (32ha) inner Melbourne site.

Each package of works will be released via separate Request for Proposals as a consultancy model or construct only using Development Victoria’s standard form consultancy agreements and the modified AS2124 as applicable. Each RFP will be released via a Selective Tender process to suitably qualified consultants or contractors who are preregistered in an appropriate category of the Construction Supply Register.

The consultants or contractors will need to demonstrate appropriate and relevant environmental, contamination and remediation experience. The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria and the Social Procurement Framework.

Full detail of the project and scope of works for each package will be distributed to invited tenderers with the tender notice(s).
