Tender Description
Supply and installation of all sanitary plumbing and drainage, metering, potable cold water, potable hot water, rainwater, and natural gas supply for building within Phase 1.
In completing the scope of works, the Contractor shall be responsible for but not limited to:
- All labour
- Design (where required)
- Material
- Transport
- Cranage
- Submissions to authorities prior to commencement of the works
- The supply and fixing of all necessary equipment and components for the complete installation
