This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Service Delivery Office (SDO) requires a contractor to support a solution comprising of SAP Hybris Service Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform portal and SAP Jam. The role will be responsible for both maintenance and support of the solution from approximately 30th March until 27th May 2020.
The solution supports Service Requests and Incident Management for a shared service division and its clients who are all commonwealth government agencies. Tickets can be raised via a portal (preferred), email, telephone or directly by agents.
The successful candidate will provide support to the systems mentioned above from requests and enquiries that mostly come from teams in the shared services division.
