Tender Description
Warren Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for Businesses with civil construction and road construction skills to join a panel of providers/ companies, for the construction of an All-Weather Road and Parking Area at the new Sewerage Treatment Works at Warren, in Central Western NSW. The road will be constructed as the main entry access to the new STW’s adjacent to the existing Sewerage Treatment Plant.
Companies will need to demonstrate that they have the experience and ability to construct roads, with compactions and drainage. Examples and references, of similar recent constructions in NSW would be beneficial. Preference will be given to those companies that have worked on local government projects.
Companies replying to this EOI shall submit the following;
- company profile,
- company insurances,
- company WH&S policies and procedures,
- company financial details,
- names and qualifications of key personnel,
- evidence that the company can undertake these works,
- evidence of previous civil works with referees’ names, contact details and testimonials,
- construction timeline.
A map image showing the location where the STW’s ponds are to be constructed and the proposed entry road is available from Council. All submissions are to be in writing addressed to Warren Shire Council, for the attention of the Infrastructure Projects Manager and submitted by the 7th of April 2020.
Warren Shire Council reserves the right to ask for additional information and evidence to satisfy its inclusion of a company in this process.
