Tender Description
The Department of Justice (‘the Department”) on behalf of the State of Western Australia (“the State”) is seeking to select a suitably qualified Service Provider to deliver the following Services at the Acacia Prison (“the Prison”) from the first half of 2021 onwards:
- “Operational Services”, which involves the the management, control and security of the Prison and the welfare of the prisoners housed there; and
- “Maintenance Services”, which involves the holistic maintenance of the Prison facility,
(together “the Services”).
The purposes of this Invitation for Expressions of Interest (“Invitation”) are to:
- invite prospective Respondents to lodge an Expression of Interest (“EOI”) as the first stage of a two-stage Procurement Process;
- provide preliminary information to prospective Respondents regarding the services and the State’s Objectives;
- provide details to prospective Respondents concerning the Procurement Process, including;
- the indicative timetable and stages for the Procurement Process;
- the submission requirements for EOIs;
- the approach to evaluation of EOIs; and
- the Terms and Conditions for the Procurement Process.
Respondent(s) are invited to submit an EOI in response to this Invitation.
