This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Cloud Security Engineer will be supporting the Department’s adoption of an IRAP-accredited Microsoft Enterprise Cloud by designing, implementing, and documenting security solutions to support the compliance, logging, monitoring and auditing requirements for security and operations.
They will be responsible to the Chief Technology Officer. They will work alongside the Enterprise Cloud Architect and other technical leaders to help design ISM/PSPF compliant security solutions and then develop and deploy them to exacting assessment and accreditation standards.
With preferably certifications in Microsoft cloud technologies SaaS, PaaS and IaaS, along with solid experience. The Cloud Security Engineer will have a security mindset with substantive experience in security design and deployments. They will be able to bring their energy and knowledge of cloud-based security solutions to enable and continuously improve the Department’s security posture in the cloud.
With a proven capacity to implement the latest cloud-based technology using industry best-practice and compliance to government standards, the candidate will be able to participate in collaborative design and operate independently to implement agreed solutions to a high standard.
