Tender Description
Hamilton City Council is seeking responses from suitably experienced parties for the provision of Glazing Maintenance and Associated Service.
This contract includes the provision of the following work on buildings managed by the Facilities Unit as and when required:
- Glazing maintenance,
- Window or door joinery maintenance,
- On call service
- Insurance work (where approved by Council Insurers)
- Where requested, project renewals and capital works under the value of 100k.
