Project Overview:
Structural and Mechanical shop detailing, fabrication, transport to site, removal of existing and installation of new vertical wall panels for Secondary Crusher Surge Bin BBN301
Contract Scope of Work:
- Provide shop detailing, fabrication (including Q&T steel plate), QA/QC, loading, transport and off-loading at site of new bin wall panels and infill plates.
- Project management and planning for installation of the infill plates over a number of plant shutdowns. Mobilization and demobilization of adequate and suitabilly skilled labour, equipment, cranage and facilities during each shut down to complete the removal and installation of the bin walls. As thr bin wall panels are apx 20m above ground level it is anticipated that access to the relevant bin wall panels will be achieved via scaffolding and rope access for each shut.
- RTIO are keen to hear from contractors who have completed similar works in a brownfield environment within the Pilbara.
