Sembcorp Marine is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide Aluminum Helideck in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of Aluminum Helideck with firefighting system (DIFFS) for installation on Field Control Station.
The scope of supply shall include:
• Aluminum deck structure of pancake;
• Diameter of helideck: 1.0D;
• Firefighting system: Foam system (DIFFS) with pop-up nozzles, foam skid and/or tank;
• Walkway with handrails and stairs surrounding: at least 1500mm width, 2150mm lower than landing area;
• Landing net;
• Design of Steel support structure, yard fabrication.
Key design criteria for design are:
• Helicopter type: Sikorsky S92-A
• Design life: 50 years
• Ambient air temperature: Max. +40°C, Min. +10°C
• Foam system (DIFFS) water density: 6l/min/m2
• Rules/regulations: CAA CAP437 (latest version), CHV standard PAK-SU128-C and others whatever applicable.
