Tender Description
Renewal works on the open drain on Ramsay Street from the Campaspe River to Elizabeth Street Rochester, Victoria.
The works are in two stages:
Separable Portion 1 – Completion of application to V/Line – VicTrack to achieve Permit approval.
Separable Portion 2 - Construction of drain as per approved specification, brief and drawings, and conditional upon inclusion of the project in Councils approved 2020/2021 Budget.
Non-Compulsory Site Meeting
A site meeting has been scheduled for Friday 27th March 2020 at 11am meeting at the corner of Ramsay and Elizabeth Streets.
The purpose of the meeting will be to enable tenderers to view the site, discuss the scope of works involved in the contract, clarify any anomalies or issues raised relating to the tender documents and voice any relevant questions.
