Tender Description
Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Project Consultants for a variety of disciplines.
Existing Consultants who are currently appointed to ROPS 2655 Project Consultants DO NOT need to re-apply.
Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close three days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.
Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to Electronic tendering portal, using the response forms within the tender documentation.
We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two hours BEFORE the closing time.
Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4:30 PM, Tuesday 7 April 2020. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.
Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.
Council may invite all Consultants to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.
