Tender Description

Stage 1 & 2 of the Springvale Road Boulevard project will require the successful contractor to have the skills, experience and capacity to implement the following streetscape upgrade improvement.

  •  New improved drainage and civil components
  •  Lighting and electrical
  •  New wider foothpaths & ground surface treatments - concrete, pre-cast concrete pavers, asphalt, tree pits, TGSIs and infill pit lids
  •  Garden beds including shrubs & advanced trees
  •  A variety of customised and standard street furnitiure.
