Tender Description
The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is seeking information to better understand the possible solution options and vendors in the market who may be able to provide a world leading technology platform to replace the existing Te Kete Ipurangi (TKI) platform. We want to challenge our current thinking, test assumptions around cost, understand achievability of our vision and requirements for the new platform, and how well the market can deliver on these.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. At this stage, the Ministry is only seeking information from the market to see what solutions can be provided, including indicative costs. Following the review of the responses to this RFI, the Ministry will, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to re-engage the market by issuing an open-competitive tender process.
All enquires regarding this RFI must be in writing through the GETs messaging system. The Ministry will endeavour to respond in writing to any written enquires within two (2) Business Days.
Questions are encouraged and you may request that they are kept confidential providing that they are commercially sensitive.
The Ministry reserves the right to provide supplementary information to all tenderers should a confidential question highlight a point requiring clarification to other tenderers.
