Tender Description

Frankston City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from business operators to co-locate within the award-winning Frankston Visitor Information Centre building, at the Frankston Waterfront.

This unique waterfront opportunity is in a prime location for businesses which offer products or services that complement the existing visitor information centre services and enhance Frankston City’s local lifestyle and the visitor experience at the waterfront. The surrounding area is well serviced with both paid and free parking available and is centrally located within the City’s most visited tourism destination.

The space available is flexible and as such, four (4) viewing sessions have been scheduled to all interested operators to explore the space and discuss their potential needs with Council. It is strongly recommended that all applicants attend one of these sessions or make contact to book a suitable time.

Depending on the type of business proposed, shortlisted business will be required to enter into a defined agreement process in accordance with the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978.

This expression of interest process will result in a shortlist of businesses which will be invited to submit a more formal proposal and financial licence offer for the space.
