CSV is seeking responses for Employee Assistance and Wellbeing Services (EAWS), Koori EAWS and Critical Incident Response for Participating Courts and Tribunals.

CSV is seeking Offers from Respondents who will provide services in one, some or all four of the following categories :

Category 1: Employee Assistance and Wellbeing Services: constituting confidential independent counselling services and wellbeing services to CSV staff members and their immediate family members. This service should also include Manager Assist hotline and portal
Category 2: Koori Employee Specific Employee Assistance and Wellbeing Services: confidential independent counselling services and wellbeing services to CSV Koori staff members and their immediate family members. Respondents must be able to deliver culturally appropriate contact and counselling services with a knowledge of Victorian Koori community issues, society and culture. This extends to manager assist hotline and portal.
Category 3: Critical Incident Response (CIR) service for CSV and Koori staff.
