Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to develop a Digital Tourism Marketing and Communications Strategy that guides how we inform, engage and collaborate with our customers.

The strategy is needed to identify target audiences and outline the best methods and platforms to use to support effective communications and marketing programs that result in measurable return on investment. It must include prioritised recommendations as well as an implementable marketing and communications plan to grow Council’s digital tourism presence and ensure that it is able to respond to current and future consumer needs.
