Jansz-Io Field Control Station Offshore Platform - Heating Ventilation and Air-Conditioning system

⁠⁠⁠DSME is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide HVAC Package in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project. Bidder shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and commissioning. As a minimum, all HVAC electrical equipment shall be certified for a minimum of Zone 2, Gas Group IIB, Temperature Class T3.

Any concept designed to deliver more than just the resources in the Jansz-Io field will be designed for 50 year life for non-replaceable / non-upgradeable components (critical infrastructure and equipment that cannot be replaced in situ). A facilities design life guideline of twenty-five (25) years is to be adopted for equipment that cannot practically be designed for a longer operating life.

The design and layout of any package shall include provision for full replacement / component replacement with minimum disruption to plant operations in the event of failure of any piece of equipment or component. Only high-integrity and proven equipment shall be considered. Prototype equipment and components shall not be used.

The scope of supply shall include:
• Air Handling Unit / Extraction Unit for Electrical Building
• Air Handling Unit / Extraction Unit for Campaign Accommodation
• Dehumidification system for Column & Pontoon area
• Constant Volume and Re-heat Unit (CVRU)
• Electric Fire Damper(shall be UL-listed and rated 1.5 hours, in accordance
with local regulations)
• Electric Shut-off Damper
• Grille & diffusers /Punkha/Nozzle
• Sound Attenuators
