At the Council meeting on 10 December 2019 the decision was taken that the Wangaratta Indoor Sports and Aquatic Centre (WISAC) will become a Council operated facility from 1 November 2020.

This decision is part of a bigger objective to deliver an integrated sports and events precinct at the HP Barr Reserve and Parklands Precinct in the city of Wangaratta.

Council has an arrangement with the YMCA to continue managing of the WISAC until 30 October 2020. Then Council will take over the management of the WISAC and, in time, will expand the scope of the management services to involve managing the entire precinct as an integrated recreation and events precinct.

As such, the Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) is seeking to engage an ICT business partner to deliver IT digital and technology professional services to support the transition of operational management for the Wangaratta Indoor Sports and Aquatic Centre (WISAC) services from the YMCA to Council.

The following ICT service categories are sought:

• Business Analysis - Business System(s) architecture design;
• Project Management and Technical Services - Business System implementation with corresponding hardware installation; and,
• Project Management and Technical Services - Documentation of the as built, systems manuals, processes and training materials.
