It is expected that in order to produce the deliverables, the Consultant will need to undertake, but not be limited to, the following activities:

Deliverable 1: Draft Remaining Land Condition Report (Site Assessment)

- Prepare and submit a safety management plan for field mobilization to CRN

- Arrange all required travel and accommodation necessary to conduct the site investigations

- Perform site investigations on the relevant land that was identified in Deliverable 1 and shall be a subset of locations prescribed in Appendix A. The Consultant shall photograph all areas / items of interest which are to be georeferenced and dated.

- Using a letter of introduction procured by CRN, contact landholders to notify them of the site investigation and, if required, negotiate access to the relevant land. Please note CRN will provide any necessary support.

- Consult landholders to identify any improvements that the landholder prefers be left in situ.

- As required, meet with CRN personnel to discuss and clarify the preliminary findings of the site investigations and any expected remediative works that may be required to return the land to original condition.

- Maintain field notes and records of activities

- Produce a Draft Remaining Land Condition Report and submit to CRN for review and comment.

- In the Draft Report, make recommendations and comparisons to any entry report previously completed on the land.

Deliverable 2: Final Remaining Land Condition Report

- Review and discuss if necessary CRN comments on the Draft Remaining Land Condition Report.

- Amend the Draft report as required.

- Produce a final report document in the relevant formats.

It shall be noted that this is an EOI only and the detailed scope of work shall be provided during the tender phase.
