Contractor is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide an Emergency Diesel Generator in support of the Jansz-Io FieldControl Station Project which is Semi-Submersible type floater.
Vendor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of an Emergency Diesel Generator to the Hyundai Heavy Industries yard in Korea.
The scope of supply shall include:
• Skid-packaged diesel engine 2-off A-60 fire rated containerized EDG
delivered on a single frame with lifting capability via Platform Crane.
• Radiator cooling, radiators placed outside container, on the same frame as
EDG
• Container shall have separate electrical compartment for auxiliary
equipment such as; starter batteries, Neutral Earth Resistor, Generator
Control Panel etc.
• Exhaust silencer and Combustion air filters located on top of container roof
• Diesel day tank for minimum 4 hours’ continuous operation on full load
• 1,6MW(e)
• Emissions according to IMO MARPOL Tier II.
• EN 590 Fuel to be used.
• 2 independent starting systems.
• Available footprint/volume: LWH = 12000mm x 5000mm x 5000mm.
• Water mist fire suppression.
