99 Bikes is seeking proposals for a stationery supplier to supply stationery to its 47+ national locations. The successful respondent(s) will provide a proposal that demonstrates and addresses each of the following:
- a) Competitive pricing across a core range of products (attached as Appendix 1) and discounts across broader range.
- b) Reporting per location (47+ cost centres)
- c) 30 Days End of Month payment terms on credit (all locations consolidated on one statement)
- d) Next day delivery to Australian Metro areas
99 Bikes is Australia's largest bicycle retailer and part of the highly successful Flight Centre Travel Group. We have 47 retail stores across Australia and over 400 staff. FORMAT OF ENTRIES: Responses are to be provided in the format of 'Appendix 1 : 99 Bikes Stationery" addressing pricing and quantities for each key product. If Appendix 1 is not included in the response, the submission will not be considered.
Completed responses can only be submitted online . Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. 99 Bikes is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission in the format stipulated above. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
