Scope of work:
Rio Tinto requires a supplier to work closely with the Community Engagement Team to plan, manage and deliver three end of year family friendly employee functions for three Pilbara Coastal towns - Dampier, Wickham and Pannawonica
Event planning and management services include but are not limited to:
- Provision of entertainment and all event infrastructure such as MC, live band, children's amusements, security, fencing, lighting, catering, waste management, traffic management, ticketing and marketing etc;
- Engagement and management of sub-contractors as required including all travel arrangements for any non-residential contractors;
- Coordination of event set up and pack down including all applicable licenses and regulatory approvals;
Events will be required in the towns of Dampier, Wickham and Pannawonica for late November or early December with dates to be confirmed.
