⁠⁠⁠The works / services to be provided under the Contract are all earthworks, construction, electrical and plumbing services, landscaping and footpaths necessary to complete this project located at Victory Park, Traralgon.

The necessary insurance required by the Contractor for this Contract is:

a. Workers Compensation Insurance

b. $20,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance
