Jansz-Io Field Control Station Offshore Platform - Fire and Gas detector system (FGS)

⁠⁠⁠Sembcorp Marine is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide a Fire and Gas detector system (FGS) for Filed Control Station (FCS) on the new J-IC project facilities as an extension to Gorgon Foundation Project. Vendor/Supplier shall be responsible for the design, engineering, documentation, assembly, coating/painting, inspection, testing and supply of complete Fire and Gas system.
Vendor shall assist at site to erect, install and complete the precommissioning, commissioning and start-up activities of Fire and Gas detector system (FGS).

The scope of supply shall include:

•  Fire detectors (Flame, Heat, Smoke)
•  Gas detectors (Toxic, Explosive)
•  Manual alarm call points
•  Addressable FGS panel
•  All necessary mounting kits
•  Sensor calibration sets
•  Startup and commissioning spare
•  2- years operational spare
•  Special tools as required
•  Junction box
•  Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA)
•  Special cables, Pre wired assembly as applicable

Specific Requirements

•  FGS device housing shall be 316L stainless steel.
•  Electrical cable entries shall be M20 x 1.5 ISO.
•  Devices shall be a 24V DC powered devices.
•  Detector output shall be 4 – 20 mA signal
•  Capable for HART communication protocol
•  Resistance to EMI/RFI interference.
•  Suitable for single operator calibration
•  Minimum SIL 2 rated.

Preferred Detectors type as applicable:

•  IR point gas detectors.
•  IR open path (OP) gas detectors.
•  Hydrogen (H2) Gas Detectors for battery room.
•  CO2 detector type shall be infrared (IR) absorption type.
•  IR3 Optical Flame Detectors.
•  Optical Smoke detectors.
•  All detectors shall be Addressable type
•  Conventional type gas detector

Notes:

Vendor scope of supply shall comply to below requirements,

•  Certificate of conformity in accordance with AUS Ex/ANZ Ex or IEC Ex.
•  Compliance with DNV class, IEC, AS/NZS applicable standards as specified in project specifications.
