Tender Description
Sembcorp Marine is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide LV Electrical Switchboards, Motor Control Centers and Distribution Boards in support of the new J-IC project facilities as an extension to Gorgon Foundation Project Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and assistance at site to erect, install and
complete the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities of LV Electrical Switchboards, Motor Control Centers and Distribution Boards.
The scope of supply shall include:
- Minimum 2 units of 690VAC LV Electrical Switchboards
- Minimum 4 units of 690VAC LV Motor Control Centers
- Minimum 28 units of 400VAC LV Distribution Boards
- Minimum 2 units of 110VDC LV Distribution Boards
- Minimum 2 units of 230VAC LV Distribution Boards
Key design criteria for the Electrical Distribution Boards are:
- Design life: 50 years
- Interface with ICSS for remote monitoring, diagnostic and reset of equipment
- Normally Unattended Installation
- Ambient Minimum Air Temperature: 10°C
- Ambient Maximum Air Temperature: 40°C
- Black Body temperature: 75°C
- Relative Humidity: 30-70%
