Sembcorp Marine is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide a Chilled Water Plant in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of Chilled Water Plant for installation on Field Control Station to provide a chilled water serving air-conditioning system on-board.

The scope of supply shall include:
• Three air cooled chilled water unit (3x50% configuration)
• Two chilled water pumps (2x100% configuration)
• Chilled water pump auxiliary equipment, such as chemical dosing tank, buffer tank, expansion tank, refrigerant recovery kit, etc
• One free standing floor mounted Chiller Package Unit Control Panel (UCP)
• Chiller and pump starter.

Key design criteria for the Chilled Water Plant are:
• Design life: 25 years
• Three helical screw semi-hermetic compressor per chiller. 3 refrigerant circuit per chiller. Capacity control: 25% to 100%
• Cooling capacity: ~1017kW per chiller; Refrigerant: R1234yf
• Chilled water temperature: 6°C to 12°C
• Hazardous Area Classification: Class 1, Zone 2 Group IIB, Temp Class T3
• Evaporator shell: UNS S32205 SS, End cover: UNS S32750 SS; Tube sheets: UNS S32205 SS, Tubes: Copper
• Condenser: Copper fins, UNS S31603 SS tube support sheets and holding frames
• Condenser fan: Two axial flow type fans per refrigerant circuit, air discharge with UNS S31603SS mesh guard. Fan impellors shall be aerofoil section polypropylene non sparking type, the blades hub assembly and all fasteners must be manufactured from UNS S31603 SS materials.

Fan motors: three phase TEFC type suitable for a minimum of Class 1, Zone 2, Gas Group IIB, Temp Clas T3 application. Motor bearins: prepacked sealed for life type and must be completely weatherproof, motor shafts shall be of UNS S31603 SS construction
