One (1) Business Analyst

The Technology Operations & Support Delivery Management Section is seeking the services of an experienced Business Analyst.

The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:

•  Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to obtain, analyse and validate business processes, systems, and ICT infrastructure requirements. This may include across agency dealings and interactions;
•  Developing requirements documentation and working with infrastructure/solution architects to develop design outcomes;
•  Developing options papers and business cases as required;
•  Developing any end user documentation relevant for implementation/transition activities;
•  Assisting project managers in project planning, scoping and the preparation of project plans;
•  Assisting and coordinating in user acceptance testing activities where required;
•  Assisting in any change management activities whether ICT or end user based;
•  Assisting with strategic planning, mapping and modelling development;
•  Building and maintaining effective working relationships with specific business owners, system owners and delivery teams.

Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Departments recordkeeping policy and practices.

The Specified Personnel will also be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:

•  Requirements documentation (functional/non-functional);
•  Scope definition;
•  Business Cases / Options Papers;
•  User Guides;
•  Engagement Strategies Solution Overview / High Level System;
•  Status Reports, analysis reports, and executive briefing material;
•  Other documentation as required.
