Jansz-Io Field Control Station Offshore Platform - UV Sterilizers

⁠⁠⁠Samsung Heavy Industries is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide UV Sterilizers in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.

UV Sterilizers shall be installed in the service water system to prevent and control any risk associated with water borne pathogens and bacterial growth.

Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of UV Sterilizers for installation on Jansz-Io FCS (Floating Control Station) offshore plant.

The scope of supply shall include:
• Two (2) UV Sterilizers
- Material : 22 Cr DSS
- Design code : ASME Div. VIII and AS 1210
- Each UV chamber to have intensity meter with low alarm and automatic
shut off water distribution from the affected chamber
- Each UV chamber to have timer for recording of the number of operating
hours.
• Complete design including process & mechanical calculations as per design
code & specification including drawings and documentation.
• Necessary piping, valves, fittings and instrumentation, control valves,
pressure safety devices, junction boxes & Cable glands and controls
necessary for the safe and efficient operation of system.
• Single Point Lift Skid, drip pan with drain valve, mounting bolts, shim pack,
earthing & lifting lugs, access platform and ladder (if required),
appurtenances supports etc. to ensure safe and efficient operation of the
package.
