Samsung Heavy Industries is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide an Aluminum Helideck with DIFF in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of an Aluminum Helideck with DIFFS for installation on Jansz-Io FCS (Floating Control Station) offshore plant.
The scope of supply shall include:
• One (1) Aluminum Helideck
- Diameter : 21m for Sikorsky S-92
- Perimeter safety net for personnel protection around the landing area.
- Collapsible handrail in connections with access stairs up to helideck
- Lighting of the helidecks and structure to permit helicopter operations
during hours of darkness
- CCTV for remote monitoring of helicopter operations
- Bird scare devices
- Local helideck washdown facility utilising Service water
- Integral weather-protected acoustic enclosure (83dB(A) Lp@1m from
edge external to enclosure).
- Provision for rescue equipment storage and acces
• One (1) DIFFS (Deck Integrated Fire Fighting System)
- DIFFS pop-up nozzles
- Standalone DIFFS package including water tank, piping, valves,
instrumentation and electrical pumps
