VTPHNA Practice Education webinars

⁠⁠⁠Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN) invites Responses for the production of five 30-minute educational webinars to add to the existing suite of webinars on the Victorian and Tasmanian PHN Alliance website (https://vtphna.org.au/news-and-education/online-learning/).

The webinars are designed for general practice staff – GPs, practice managers, practice nurses and receptionists. The webinar topics have been determined through consultation with the other Victorian and Tasmanian PHNs involved in the project. Topics are:

•  Practice nurse orientation
•  Strategic planning
•  Health of the older person
•  Using patient experience for continuous quality improvement
•  Coordination of care and service navigation

Providers may quote on the delivery of one or more of these webinar topics.
