Pembroke Park Stadium Development - Building Design

⁠⁠⁠ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANTS PROCESS – DESIGN STAGE
Architects role and responsibilities:

• Be engaged from Design Stage to the end of Tender Assessment – used thereafter to provide technical assistance as required through the build – hourly rate.
• Hours to complete for each phase (1 – 4)
• Manage all applications to other Service Providers - Including, but not limited to:
• Sewer, Water, Power, Fire, Security (Council to nominated sub-contractor)
• Assess solar options including potential grants

Hold Points:
1. Floor plan/ elevation review and agreement with Council at earliest convenince after being awarded
2. Preliminary design agreed between architect and Council
3. Detailed specification and drawings for tendering
4. Full bill of quantities for tendering

TOTAL BUDGET FOR PROJECT IS $7.5 MILLION – INCLUDING DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT ETC.

• Timeline with progress reports on a weekly basis submitted to Council
• Name all sub-consultants
• Scope of work for each and fixed price based on work required (Hours to complete)
• Upper limit project cost for above scope

A compolsary site meeting will be held at 11am, adjacent to the netball courts at Pembroke Park on Wednesday
11th March, 2020.

All consultants that are engaged will need to complete Councils’ Online Induction prior to visiting the proposed
site.
