Placement and Maintenance of Speed Observations Trailers

⁠⁠⁠This contract is for the towing, setup and minor maintenance of up to six (6) Speed Observation Trailers (SOT’s) to locations within the City of Whitehorse (as nominated by the Council) on a weekly to fortnightly basis, as well as other associated duties.

The SOT’s are part of Council’s speed reduction awareness programs and initiatives to encourage drivers to slow down, drive safely and be aware of other road users.

You must only lodge the Tender Offer and supporting material via Council’s eTender Portal. Tender Offers submitted to Council officers or Council sites will not be accepted.

All communications must be directed via Communication tab, verbal or email request for information will NOT be accepted during the Tender Stage.

You must properly name your Tender Submission along with any attachments as per the following naming convention:

• 30xxx (contract number) – Tenderer’s name – Tender Response Schedule
• 30xxx (contract number) – Tenderer’s name – Attachment x (if applicable)
