Echuca Holiday Park Re-Design

⁠⁠⁠Campaspe Shire Council (CSC) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced design consultant to lead the preparation of design changes for the Echuca Holiday Park.

The Echuca/Moama region currently attracts a predominantly domestic market including Retirees/Grey Nomads, Young Families, Sporting Groups and Corporates/Workers who are exploring the Murray region or visiting for sporting events or work. The Echuca/Moama region currently offers 10 commercial caravan parks and the Echuca Holiday Park would be one of the better quality and more premium parks in the region.

CSC engaged ‘Sustainable Park Solutions’ to prepare a Master Plan for the Echuca Holiday Park to inform rejuvenation, investment and long-term management. The plan highlights industry trends and provides high level details on capital investment requirements to bring the park to an elevated standard.

Since receipt and approval of the Master Plan by Council, a business case and funding allocation has been provided for design elements of the plan.

A non-compulsory site meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 11 March 2020 at 11:00am onsite.
