Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The project is located at 20-26 Parkhill Drive, Berwick VIC 3805 (Melway 110J6)

Works to include but not be limited to the following:

  • Erection of safety fencing to fully enclose the area of works and maintain same in good condition throughout construction period.
  • Locate all existing services within the works area and required service connection points.
  • Moving and storing users possessions
  • All concrete work including footings, as specified by structural engineer and pavements. Civil works including reticulation of stormwater drainage and rain water systems.
  • Construction of all extension internal walls, entrance canopy, windows and doors.
  • Reticulation and connection of all sewerage and hot/cold water systems as required. Supply and install all plumbing fixtures and fittings as specified and required to complete the works.
  • Supply and install all roofing including metal roofing, flashings, gutters, downpipes and trim required to complete the works.
  • Supply and reticulation of photovoltaic system, all parts and commissioning of same
  • Supply and installation of all joinery and fittings.
  • Painting of all works as required.
  • Supply and installation of all floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
  • Supply and installation of all hardware as required for doors, windows etc.
  • The Principle to supply and install lock cylinders.
  • Entrance concrete flooring, remove all rubble and left over spoil once ground surfaces are restored.
