Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Fencing and Bollards

⁠⁠⁠Brimbank City Council ("Council") wishes to establish a Panel of suitably-qualified, licenced and registered contractors for the following categories:

• Category A - Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Fencing (predominantly chain-link fencing); and
• Category B: Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Bollards (the majority of bollards will be provided from Council's own stock).

The Panel contract will be based upon schedule of rates with provision for rise and fall CPI adjustment on an annual basis.

The Panel contract will be governed by AS4905 Minor Works.

The Panel contract term shall be for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend up to two (2) further one (1) year periods. The panel contract term is expected to commence on 1 July 2020 but will be confirmed by Council in due course.

Council at its own discretion reserves the right to award this contract in whole or in part or to multiple contractors.

Selection of the contractors from the Panel of providers for each task shall be on a case-by-base basis according to service requirements and contractors' availability. As a result the amount of work offered to each contractor will vary and selection of the contractor shall be at Council's sole discretion. Council offers no guarantee to provide any or all of a specified amount of work; however it will endeavour to distribute works as evenly as possible.
