Tender Description
Moonee Valley City Council is seeking to engage suitably qualified contractor who will provide the design and construction services for the following:
- Renewal works of Woodlands Park House consisting of a veranda extension
- Refurbishment of garage, located behind Woodlands Park House, into a useable space
- The installation of an accessible toilet
The renewal and refurbishment works will result in network of facilities, each built in different eras and with different functions, brought together through a cohesive colour scheme, landscaping and complimenting materials.
